Wandering : Psalm 101

Blameless ways I want to ponder
As through life my feet far wander.

But I wander weak and weary
Through my failures ever teary.

Blurry eyes ever obscuring
Holy ways that are alluring.

Ever drawn to righteous pathway,
Never wanting to go halfway.

Always seeking good to follow
Not a wicked life that’s shallow.

Never shallow but so deeply
Rich rewards come never cheaply.

Costly is the grace he’s given,
Freely all my sins forgiven.

Paying all, my tears he’s drying,
Righteous ways now freely trying.

Freely walking pathways holy,
Burdened not by things so lowly.

Someday then to heaven wander,
Ever holy face to ponder.
